Since taking the helm at MCCA, Ms. Richardson has made research and education the focus of MCCA’s advocacy efforts to ensure that one’s race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and disability status do not stand as barriers to equal opportunities to work as legal professionals in the U.S. today. As an expert in the branding and reputational benefits that a strong diversity program can impart, Ms. Richardson shared her thoughts on the current diversity landscape and a host of other issues with Bulletproof™.
